Drypoint Printmaking for Beginners

Visit art making from the 16th century!

Join a group of creative people and learn the printmaking technique called drypoint in this one-day workshop with Jim Jereb.

With this process, a printing plate is made so that, when inked, will produce a finished image on paper. The drypoint plate can be printed several times, creating an edition of prints.

Each participant will need to bring with them a sketch or photo that will fit a

6 x 9 inch plate.

This process can get messy, so wear appropriate clothes or bring a cloth apron. All other materials & tools are provided and no experience is needed.

Slab-built cups with Connie Norman

Are you ready to transform flat slabs of clay into cups?

Join Connie Norman for an afternoon in a hands-on workshop where we’ll create various types of slab-built cups.  We’ll explore slab techniques that make cup building accessible to everyone, regardless of their skill level.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll take home greenware mugs and cups that you can glaze on your own.
Glazing costs are included. You’ll need to arrange a time to glaze at a later date.

Let’s create something amazing together.
