Annual ART321 Gala Sponsorship
Echoes of Elysian Fields is ART321’s annual fundraising gala, bringing together artists, business leaders, and community supporters for an evening celebrating creativity, connection, and access to the arts. This is not a traditional gala. Last year’s event sold out in just 36 hours, which demonstrates the demand for an experience that is immersive, celebratory, and deeply connected to the arts.
Guests enjoy a cocktail hour with the artists, an abundant charcuterie spread, and an immersive art environment that transforms the space throughout the evening. The night features a themed dinner prepared by Chef Josh of FireRock Steakhouse, a thoughtfully curated silent auction, ART321’s signature Key Wall showcasing one-of-a-kind gifts, a themed photo booth, and the presentation of the Nancy Boston Award. The evening concludes with a meaningful program highlighting the impact of ART321’s education and community initiatives.
Funds raised through the gala directly support ART321’s year-round programming, including arts education, exhibitions, scholarships, and inclusive programs serving youth, seniors, and individuals with disabilities.
ART321 is a Wyoming-based nonprofit arts organization with a 100-year history of supporting artists and expanding access to the arts. Located in downtown Casper, ART321 serves as a community hub offering exhibitions, affordable arts education, and inclusive programming designed to remove barriers to participation.
ART321 supports working artists through exhibitions, commissions, and sales opportunities, while providing accessible creative experiences for all. Through scholarships, adaptive programming, and community partnerships, ART321 is committed to ensuring the arts remain a vital and welcoming part of our community.
ART321 serves thousands of visitors annually and supports hundreds of artists through exhibitions, education, and sales opportunities. In 2025, ART321 paid out more than $60,000 in commissions to Wyoming artists, putting money directly back into artists’ pockets and strengthening Wyoming’s creative economy. This year, ART321 launched its Artist Development Stipend program to help artists expand into prints, stickers, and other reproducible work, creating accessible price points and increasing sales opportunities.
