Our building, located in the historic Old Yellowstone District of Casper, Wyoming, offers a unique and beautiful setting for your next event. Our space has a rich history, transitioning from an old fruit warehouse to a grocery store, and now a thriving community arts organization. The natural red brick, polished concrete floors, and stunning lighting create a warm and inviting atmosphere. With a kitchen area, a charming front porch, and countless spots perfect for photography, our space is ideal for gatherings.

$175 for Members
$200 for Non-Members
Up to 15 kids. $10/kid after 15 kids.
Each child will complete a guided art project to take home as a keepsake.
Includes all art supplies, instruction, and setup for the project.
Add-Ons & Extras
Choose Clay as your project. $50 extra.
$50 extra for a project tailored to your child’s favorite theme (e.g., animals, outer space, etc.).
$50 for themed decorations (e.g., tablecloths, balloons, and banners).
$15/kid Build your own personal-sized pizzas at Raccas! (party must be during the time Raccas is available for this add-on).

Team Building Events
Our team-building sessions provide a creative and engaging way for teams to collaborate, unwind, and connect through hands-on art projects. Participants will explore creativity while fostering communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.

1. Creative Break (2-Hour Session)
Ideal for a quick yet meaningful team-building experience.
Includes:
Choice of one guided art project (examples: painting, mixed media, clay, or printmaking)
All materials provided
Light refreshments
Facilitator-led creative exercises
Take-home artwork (depending on the project chosen, artwork may not be available to take home immediately.)
2. Deep Dive (4-Hour Session)
A more immersive experience allowing for greater collaboration and creativity.
Includes:
Choice of one in-depth guided art project or a two-part experience (e.g., sculpting & painting, team mural, or textile-based projects)
All materials provided
Light refreshments & optional catered meal upgrade
Facilitator-led creative exercises + group reflection activity
Take-home artwork (depending on the project chosen, artwork may not be available to take home immediately.)
To determine pricing, we factor in material costs, facilitator time, venue expenses, refreshments, and admin work.

Board Room Rental
Our boardroom is the perfect space for small meetings, presentations, or virtual conferences. Designed to seat up to 12 people around our board table comfortably, the room is equipped with everything you need for a professional and productive gathering. Features include an AV closet and a rolling TV, ideal for online meetings or presentations. The curtained windows provide privacy and control over natural light, while the locking door ensures a secure and focused environment. Whether you’re hosting a business meeting or planning session, our boardroom offers a functional and welcoming space to suit your needs.
Board Room Base Rates:
Per Hour: $25
8 hours: $150
Base rates are for board room rentals occurring during our regular operating hours.
Gallery Rental (non-Wedding)
Our gallery is a breathtaking venue that combines historic charm with modern elegance, perfect for hosting receptions, corporate events, or special celebrations. Featuring exposed red brick walls, polished concrete floors, and soft, ambient lighting, the space provides a warm and inviting atmosphere. With art on display, stunning architectural details, and an open layout, the gallery is as versatile as it is beautiful. Whether you're planning an intimate gathering or a large event, this unique space offers the perfect backdrop to create lasting memories.
Base Rates:
Basic Event Use (Max of 75 people)
4 Hour Base Rate: $500
Includes:
4-hour use of gallery/event space
Basic staff access (1 staff member for support)
Additional Fees:
Cleaning deposit (50% will be refunded if no excessive mess) $200
Security deposit (Fully refundable if no damages occur) $500

Wedding Package: Full-Day Access
Base Rate: $3,000
Includes:
Full-day exclusive venue access (10am–11pm)
Tables, chairs, black linens for up to 125 guests and existing gallery ambiance
2 staff members onsite for day-of coordination & compliance
Standard setup & teardown support (tables, chairs, linens - not full-service décor)
Moving white gallery walls and pedestals, gift shop (removing art from brick walls is an add-on)
