Our event isn’t the typical Casper fundraiser. It’s not the same buffet line or plated chicken dinner. It’s also not the same predictable program you’ve attended before.
ART321’s gala is curated differently.
You’re in a real art gallery.
The space is transformed, but it remains intimate, creative, and surrounded by original artwork. You aren’t sitting in a generic event venue; you’re immersed in the arts.
It’s designed by Artists
It’s immersive by nature. The artwork on the walls isn’t rented décor, it’s original work by living artists. The installations, textures, and details throughout the space are designed and created by our own creative community.
Most of the decorative elements are handmade. Built here. Crafted here. Designed specifically for this night.

During the cocktail reception, the artists whose work fills the silent auction are in the room. You can ask questions, hear their stories, and experience the work before you bid.
The experience is curated.
From the food to the signature cocktails, every detail is thoughtfully curated. We partner with experts like Chef Josh of FireRock Steakhouse and Amber at Backwards Distilling Company to craft an evening that feels seamless, elevated, and intentional.
The menu is carefully prepared. The cocktails are designed specifically for the theme. The goal is simple: when you’re here, you can relax, connect, and enjoy the experience, knowing every element has been handled with care.
The Signature Key Wall.
ART321’s Signature Key Wall replaces raffle tickets and drawn numbers with something far more interactive. You choose a key from the wall. Each key unlocks a hidden experience, artwork, or curated surprise.
There’s no waiting around for your number to be called. No long program pause. It’s immediate, engaging, and it’s magical.

What is the dress code?
Cocktail or elevated evening attire.
Think polished but creative. This is an art-forward event inside a working gallery, so feel free to have a little personality in what you wear. Suits, dresses, tailored separates, bold accessories, all welcome.
Is this a tax-deductible event?
A portion of your ticket may be tax-deductible, as allowed by law.
Because your ticket includes a seated dinner and hospitality, only the amount above the fair market value of the event qualifies as a charitable contribution. ART321 will provide documentation following the event outlining the deductible portion.
Can I sponsor without attending?
Yes.
Many businesses and individuals choose to sponsor the gala in support of ART321’s mission, even if they are unable to attend. Sponsorship helps fund year-round arts education, exhibitions, scholarships, and inclusive programming.We’re happy to tailor recognition benefits based on your goals.
What happens if it sells out?
Once tickets are gone, they’re gone.
Last year, the gala sold out in 36 hours. We recommend purchasing early. If the event does sell out, we encourage you to join our waitlist in case seats become available, and to stay connected for future ART321 events throughout the year.

Parking can be found in the lots across the street for our gallery, located off of Ash Street.
